Government Processing Guides

Follow our step-by-step lifecycles to complete your official transactions correctly.

01

Identify Your Required Service

Determine which government service you need assistance with (residency visas, Emirates ID, medical screening, or attestation). Check our checklists or reach out to us via WhatsApp to confirm the specific transaction requirements.

02

Gather Required Documents

Collect all mandatory documents (passports, photos, contracts, attested certificates) based on the checklists above. Send copies to our team for a preliminary verification check to ensure complete filing compliance.

03

Submit to Sardar Ahmed Clearing

Provide your paperwork to our dedicated processing agents. Our team will verify all data, perform professional typing clearances, and submit your application directly to government portals under our smart monitoring system.

04

Pay Approved Fees & Collect Documents

Complete payment for government fees and service charges. We will monitor portal statuses, handle any compliance requests, and notify you as soon as your stamped passports, certificates, or Emirates IDs are ready for collection.

01

Initial Application & Entry Permit

We submit the employment visa application along with required company documents (license, establishment card) to MOHRE. Once approved, the immigration portal issues the electronic Entry Permit.

02

DHA Medical Fitness Screening

The employee undergoes a mandatory medical fitness screening (blood test & chest X-ray) at a Dubai Health Authority approved center. We handle form preparation and scheduling.

03

Emirates ID Biometrics & Application

After medical clearance, we type the Emirates ID application. The employee visits an ICP biometric center to register fingerprints, facial capture, and digital signatures.

04

Residency Visa Stamping & Handover

The residency file is submitted to GDRFA for approval. Once approved, the residency is activated, and we coordinate the handover of the Emirates ID and stamped passport.

01

Check Expiry & Prepare Documents

Verify your Emirates ID card's expiration date. Gather your original expired ID, a valid passport copy, a current residency visa page copy, and a recent photo with a white background.

02

Submit Renewal & Pay Fees

Our agents type your ICP renewal form. We process the official government registration and service fees, and issue the renewal application receipt.

03

Biometric Capture (If Required)

If notified by ICP (usually required once every few years for adults), visit the biometric center to update fingerprints and photographs. We will book your biometric slots.

04

Receive Card via Postal Service

Your new Emirates ID card is printed and dispatched by ICP. We notify you once it's available at our office or coordinate with standard postal services for delivery.

01

Submit Original Documents

Submit your birth certificates, marriage certificates, university degrees, or power of attorney files to our center for preliminary compliance checks.

02

Certified Translation (If Required)

If your documents are not originally drafted in Arabic or English, our certified translators prepare legally approved translations recognized by UAE ministries.

03

Ministry Attestation

We coordinate physical attestation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), Ministry of Education, or relevant UAE embassies to secure official stamp validations.

04

Secure Handover

Your legally attested, translated documents are returned safely to you, fully compliant for all official uses inside and outside the UAE.
